Dr. Kelvin McCree is a globally recognized thought leader, acclaimed seven-time author, and expert in driving transformational organizational change.

Renowned for his engaging and impactful teaching style, Dr. McCree is celebrated as a gifted communicator who delivers profound insights with clarity and purpose.

With a Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies, a Master’s in Executive Leadership, and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, Dr. McCree brings unparalleled academic and professional expertise. He is also certified in DEI & Inclusive Leadership and is a prolific coach, holding multiple advanced coaching certifications from Regent University’s Life Forming Leadership Coaching program.
As the Founder and Chancellor of City Bible College, Dr. McCree leads a dynamic institution with live virtual learning in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, and Jamaica, empowering leaders around the globe.

Dr. F. Diane Hobson, D.Min

REV. DR. F. DIANE HOBSON is the Pastor of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Charleroi Pennsylvania where she is ministering the Word of God that is impacting the lives of the people of the Mon Valley area in an eternally significant way for the past twelve years. She is also a hospice Chaplain ministering to patients with terminal illnesses and their families as well as being a trained Crisis Intervention Specialist specializing in family preservation and reunification through teaching parenting skills, life skills, home management, budgeting, and communication skills within the family.
Rev. Hobson earned a Doctor of Ministry with a concentration in Prophetic Preaching in the 21st Century from United Theological Seminary (mentored by Bishop Rudolph W. McKissick, Jr. Pastor of Bethel Institutional Baptist Church Jacksonville, FL and Dr. Harold Carter, Jr. Pastor of New Shiloh Baptist Church Baltimore, MD), a Master of Arts Degree in Pastoral Ministry from Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Geneva College along with an Associate Degree in Community Ministry from Center for Urban Biblical Ministry which an affiliate of Geneva College. She is a certified pastoral counselor and a member of the Sarasota Academy of Christian Counselors. She was licensed to preach the gospel in 1993 at Clark Memorial Baptist Church under the late Rev. Dr. Donald A. Tunie and ordained in 1995.
Dr. Hobson has the honor of being first woman President of the Clergy Ministry of the Pennsylvania Baptist State Convention, Inc. She is the 1st Vice Moderator of the Youghiogheny Western Baptist Association, a Volunteer On-Call Chaplain with the Mon Valley Hospital and serves on the hospital’s Ethics Committee. She has served as the President of the Ministers’ Fellowship of the Youghiogheny Western Baptist Association, the President of the Charleroi Area Ministerial Association, the Treasurer of the Baptist Ministers’ Conference of Pittsburgh and Vicinity, Inc., and a member of the NAACP.
Additionally, she is a certified Dean and Instructor through the Sunday School Publishing Board of the National Baptist Convention USA, Inc., an Instructor and Dean for the Congress of Christian Education of the Pennsylvania Baptist State Convention, and the founder and Dean of the Youghiogheny Western Baptist Christian Leadership School. Dr. Hobson was honored as one of Pittsburgh’s Urban Heroes and a Woman of Distinction from Pennsylvania Baptist State Convention.
