Dr. Kelvin R. McCree

MA., Ph.D., CELC, LGC, LFC

Assistant Presiding Bishop

Chancellor/President

As the Chief Learning Officer of Laser Focus Leadership Solutions, LLC, Kelvin’s signature programs are focused on cultivating an agile workforce and increasing employee engagement.  

He has contracted with a Who’s Who List of clients including, The State of Wisconsin, New York Tax Authority and Wells Fargo. As a Bishop, he serves as the Assistant Presider of Fountain of Life International Fellowship and oversees its leadership development and City Bible College.

 

He is also the TV Host of the new growth and success show, The Pivot, airing weekdays on Roku and Apple TV.

 

Kelvin is a native of St. Petersburg, FL and currently resides in the Central Florida region with his beautiful wife Evette McCree. They have one adult daughter, a teenage son, and three grandchildren. Kelvin’s upbeat personality is seen through his signature greeting, “It’s a great day!”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dr. Gerald G. Loyd,

MPsy, MDiv, Th.D.

Presiding Prelate

Dr. Gerald G. Loyd is a native of Pittsburgh, PA where he now resides.  The pastor of the Fountain of Life Church of Pittsburgh, he is also the Presiding Bishop of Fountain of Life International Fellowship.  In forty-three years of ministry, he has personally planted or been involved with the planting of seven churches.  He has traveled extensively through the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, Africa and Europe, ministering the Word of God.  His apostolic influence is widely felt and as a result, he has spiritual sons and daughters in several regions of the world.

 

Known as a psalmist, Dr. Loyd has written more than two hundred songs.  He is an accomplished keyboardist and singer and has shared the concert stage with many well-known singers and musicians.  He has three albums to his credit and continues to be recognized as a force in Christian music.  As an author, he has written and/or published seven books and manuscripts.  His published works include: Preachers Are People Too!, The God of the Baby Boomers and Why Can't We Be Friends: Understanding the Conflict Between Genders.

 

By way of education, Rev. Loyd holds the Bachelor of Arts degree from Duquesne University, where he majored in Psychology.  He also earned a Master of Science degree in Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University.  He holds Master and Doctor's degrees from Trinity Theological Seminary.

Dr. F. Diane Hobson, D.Min

Chief Academic Officer

REV. DR. F. DIANE HOBSON is the Pastor of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Charleroi Pennsylvania where she is ministering the Word of God that is impacting the lives of the people of the Mon Valley area in an eternally significant way for the past twelve years. She is also a hospice Chaplain ministering to patients with terminal illnesses and their families as well as being a trained Crisis Intervention Specialist specializing in family preservation and reunification through teaching parenting skills, life skills, home management, budgeting, and communication skills within the family. 

 

Rev. Hobson earned a Doctor of Ministry with a concentration in Prophetic Preaching in the 21st Century from United Theological Seminary (mentored by Bishop Rudolph W. McKissick, Jr. Pastor of Bethel Institutional Baptist Church Jacksonville, FL and Dr. Harold Carter, Jr. Pastor of New Shiloh Baptist Church Baltimore, MD), a Master of Arts Degree in Pastoral Ministry from Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Geneva College along with an Associate Degree in Community Ministry from Center for Urban Biblical Ministry which an affiliate of Geneva College.  She is a certified pastoral counselor and a member of the Sarasota Academy of Christian Counselors.  She was licensed to preach the gospel in 1993 at Clark Memorial Baptist Church under the late Rev. Dr. Donald A. Tunie and ordained in 1995. 

 

Dr. Hobson has the honor of being first woman President of the Clergy Ministry of the Pennsylvania Baptist State Convention, Inc. She is the 1st Vice Moderator of the Youghiogheny Western Baptist Association, a Volunteer On-Call Chaplain with the Mon Valley Hospital and serves on the hospital’s Ethics Committee. She has served as the President of the Ministers’ Fellowship of the Youghiogheny Western Baptist Association, the President of the Charleroi Area Ministerial Association, the Treasurer of the Baptist Ministers’ Conference of Pittsburgh and Vicinity, Inc., and a member of the NAACP. 

 

Additionally, she is a certified Dean and Instructor through the Sunday School Publishing Board of the National Baptist Convention USA, Inc., an Instructor and Dean for the Congress of Christian Education of the Pennsylvania Baptist State Convention, and the founder and Dean of the Youghiogheny Western Baptist Christian Leadership School. Dr. Hobson was honored as one of Pittsburgh’s Urban Heroes and a Woman of Distinction from Pennsylvania Baptist State Convention.
